In return you really use XIBRO SHIELD and tell us what doesn’t work.
What you get
- FAMILIE for 90 days: up to 20 devices, plus a compatible router that protects your whole home network. Devices behind the router don’t count.
- All filter features of the plan: protection against ads, trackers and phishing, up to 3 profiles with their own rules, schedules for internet breaks, app blocking for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, youth protection for the whole subscription, and your own whitelist and blacklist domains.
- No payment: you don’t enter a card, and nothing renews automatically.
- Early User discount: a permanent 20 % off every future plan, with no expiry date.
DNS filtering runs on our servers in Germany. Only DNS queries go through the WireGuard tunnel – your IP address and your location stay the same.
How to join
- Create an account at my.xibro.de – with your email address or with Google, Microsoft or Telegram. If you sign up by email, confirm your address with the link in our email.
- In your account, open the “Tariff” page. It says “Plans are not available yet”, and below that is the “Join Early Access 100” button.
- Read the conditions and accept them together with the terms (AGB), the cancellation policy and the privacy policy. FAMILIE is active straight away.
- Connect at least one device: you find the WireGuard app in your account under “Downloads”, and the configuration for your device under “Device management”.

Good to knowIf you registered without using the button, we send you an email with an invitation code about an hour later. It works the same way: click “I have a promo code” in your account and enter the code.
What we expect from you
- One place per person. The programme is limited to 100 places.
- Really use it. Connect at least one device within 14 days. If none connects in that time, the place goes back into the programme and the account is deleted – we warn you by email beforehand. An account without an activated plan is deleted 30 days after registration.
- Give feedback. Tell us what doesn’t work in your account under “Support” → “Tickets”.

After the 90 days
After 90 days your access ends automatically and nothing is charged. We remind you by email 14, 5 and 1 day before. If you want to continue, you choose a plan yourself – your 20 % Early User discount then applies to every payment.
As nothing is paid for Early Access, the 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply here. You can delete your account at any time.

Do I need a credit card?
No. You don’t enter any payment details for Early Access, and nothing renews automatically.
Does my IP address change?
No. Only DNS queries go through the tunnel, all other traffic goes directly. Your IP address and your location stay the same.
Can I try XIBRO SHIELD without an account first?
Yes: with the free 7-day trial on one device, without an account and without payment details. How it works is shown in our guide to the free trial.
Can I join if I already have an account?
Yes, as long as you haven’t activated a plan or redeemed a code yet. Then the button appears on your “Tariff” page.
How long does the offer run?
Until all 100 places are taken, at the latest until 31 January 2027 – and only until general sales start.
What happens to my data?
We process it as described in the privacy policy (in German). You can delete your account at any time.
